Great staff, everyone interested in each other's deal

The staff were all very friendly. The waiting room was clean and had charging station allowing me to do my remote work. As a young lady I felt safe and well informed of the service my truck needed.

Easy purchasing process. We were able to mutually agree without going back and forth for hours. We were able to trade offers a few times to get to our final price as we were not terribly far apart from the start. Service department also did a good job as we had ordered a few things to trade out. They had them completed before we got there to pick up our vehicle. Great job all around! Sales, finance, parts, and service.

Appreciate the ease of scheduling, prompt service and the personable and expertise of Adam and service people!

Wilson did not achieve my expectations, in fact they didn't really even do a good job. Besides doing the basic maintenance they tried telling me my cabin air filter needed to be replaced and wanted to charge me $78. I had my nephew look at the air filter the next day and it is clean, and white as it can be, along with that I also took my car to get an alignment done. They left the steering wheel crooked. I paid $139 for a crooked steering wheel. I am not very satisfied with Wilson's service center at all.

The service manager took time to discuss a question I had regarding the truck. I will always take it there for service even though it's a 30 mile drive for me.

Great experience

Well I took my truck in for a leaking pinion seal, after the seal was said to be fixed, the rear end started making noises and burned up the pinion bearings. Took it back and took 2 weeks to be fixed which is whatever. Communication with the service advisor needs work.

Adam was quick to help get our car back on the road. Excellent service!

My husband had a conversation with Chris off site at a local community event, through their discussion Chris told my husband he could get him the vehicle he wanted. He said let me earn your business! He found my husband exactly the truck he wanted, gave us a fair value on his trade-in, and we had great service throughout. The day we went to take possession of the truck Chris wasn't there, but set us up with Arthur and he too was great! Kim helped us with the financial paperwork, and did a fabulous job. The process was quick, efficient, yet very thorough. From first experience to driving away in our new vehicle was a great experience, we definitely will be back to Wilson when we are ready to purchase another vehicle!

Adam always answers my questions and does not rush me. He will ask someone else the answer to a question if he doesn't know. Adam does not fudge or lie but instead seeks help. I trust him. My vehicles are fixed and cleaned when they are finished. I have been exclusively using Wilson's Cheverolet service technicians for over 22 years. Also the Dealership when I am ready to puchase a replacement car or truck. No other Dealership do I trust as much as Wilson's. Adam and Ron in Service, Scott in Sales.

We purchased the vehicle at Wilson Auto Family and received a promise of a free oil change. Like all other dealers when we got the FREE oil change you could not help but reach into our pocket charging us 21.95 for additional oil. Feel very ripped off and hurt, thinking Wilson Auto Family would be different. How disappointing you are not different from the rest.

I am disappointed with my car and no longer have the Sense of pride of having a new vehicle I get in it everyday and am not happy.

Not pleasant, new truck had bad battery and was denied a battery because of a failed test after 4 hours of waiting and I insisted on a retest and this time the test proved it was a bad battery, truck only had 10.000 miles on it

The oil change and tire rotation was done in a reasonable time After my tire rotation my right rear tire sensor won’t reset

Re: 2015 HD Chevrolet Service department cleaned area thoroughly that cabin air filter is located in due to rodent infiltration. Service department then replaced cabin air filter and inspected blower motor to insure no rodent damage was present. Vehicle returned to customer (Jim Hanyka) in very clean condition! Service department was able to inspect and diagnose problem expediently and then schedule me for follow up service visit to complete the service necessary to resolve the problem. Outstanding work!

I always receive quality work from the service department. Communication could be improved, but the issues are not due to poor customer service or inadequate employees. They are very busy and get behind in the office. They need one more to help with customer contacts. They did initiate one new policy which I am extremely unhappy about, and it is a 2% surcharge if you use a credit card to pay for repairs or any service. This might be a deal killer for my business after over 25 years. I am saddened that my time with Wilson's is ending over a 2% surcharge. Very sad.

Everyone was very nice and pleasant to deal with. My sale person Josh did great with showing me vehicle options when the first car choice didn’t work out. The finance people were also very helpful and willing to answer any questions I had.

Check in was odd, because the check-in instructions specifically told me to stay in my car. But the gentleman got me checked in anyway, and he even vacuumed my side of the car and told me to get a water and a snack. He handled the Uber for me, and was responsive on the text to let me know when the car was ready. Overall a much better experience than I've had in the past with service at Wilson Chevrolet.
